AVI
AVI is a file extension for a video. Normally good quality. better than FLV’s. Which is what youtube videos are etc. Here is a video that is FLV’ Screen Capture=

There is a way to download videos from Youtube etc. its called.
Here you can download any video hosting sites (almost all) videos just simply by copying and pasting the URL and saving the file as a FLV. Its very easy. All videos off youtube or other sites like it will always still be the same quality as they are on the site.
Converting these videos to AVI or other file extension takes programs downloaded off websites.
There is also a website where you can download Youtube Videos strait to AVI or any other extension.
There is also a way to search for high quality videos. from Megaupload and Rapidshare. Here i have got many good quality videos. Its a website called
Megadownload.com
Here you just type into the search bar what you want to search for and many files will come up for download.
Rapid Share only allows you to download a certain abount then it makes you wait a certain amount of time until yo can download another file i sugest getting files that are from Megaupload the tip is to downlaod only one file at a time once that file is done downloading you can download the next. you don’t have to wait.
Depending on how much room your computer has and the amount of download your limited too high quality videos take up al ot of room and alot of download. Just to warn you.
